The Activities Committee has the responsibility for coordinating attendance at the bi-annual St. George Trek and promoting Activity Patches and Awards, Scout Sunday, World Youth Day and the annual Ten Commandments Hike.

St. George Trek

Every other summer, in odd years, the National Catholic Committee on Scouting holds a spiritual Trek at Philmont Scout Ranch for Scouts and Venturers who will be 15 years old at the beginning of the Trek and will have at least one year left in high school after the Trek. The FWDCCS sponsors two scouts to this activity.

Check here in summer of 2012 for a current application.
