Diocese of Fort Worth Welcome to the Ft. Worth Diocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting (FWDCCS) website. Catholic Scouting is a unique, but integral youth ministry of the Catholic Church!

The FWDCCS provides Cub and Boy Scouts and their Adult Leaders spiritual enrichment in the Catholic Faith with religious education through Religious Emblems Programs, Catholic Scout Retreats, and a Scouter Development program. The religious emblem programs offer age- and grade-specific instruction that reinforce the religious education taught within the parish, have been developed at a national level, and are approved by the National Conference of Catholic Bishops. Religious Emblems are presented to scouts by Bishop Vann annually.
